You Didn't Know I Have a Headache

I hate Thursday so much. My whole brain was ruined. For the whole day, for that special kind of sleep-robbery where I also had to stumble around town, trying to feel diverted whilst simultaneously ruing my inability to be home working on Boschen and Nesuko. Followed by being so tired it's a struggle to work on the thing, a badly timed nap, and a weird period of soupy wakefulness in which I did somehow manage to ooze out Thursday's page. Not as bad as it was 'round Comic-Con, but still . . .

Anyway, I'm not in the coherent place, really. I've sort of been reading things and friends' blogs and stuff, but cautioning myself not to try to say anything, especially by way of responding to something on Caitlin's forum that I really want to respond to. But, robyn_ma tapped me for this meme thing, so here's my soggy rendition;

List three random facts about yourself that your friends might not know. And then tag four other friends to do it!

(1) When I was a kid imagining myself as an adult, I pictured someone resembling Luke Skywalker in Return of the Jedi; slightly small build, short blond hair, vaguely effeminate, and wearing all black.

(2) I tried to assemble a band once, wherein I was to be the singer with lyrics written by myself. I got so far as to find a drummer and a guitarist, but I sort of flaked out on them when I got kicked out of my parents' house and flunked out of community college. The guitarist and I did "jam," as it were.

(3) After a series of experiments, I determined that it takes between thirty and thirty-five licks for me to reach the Tootsie Roll centre of a Tootsie Pop.

So I now then tag listeningowl, avarwaen, mellawyrden, and hernewshoes. Yes, I only tagged ladies. It's hard enough dragging my consciousness along right now; don't force me to think about a sex I'm not physically attracted to.
